The delegation was led by FFAU Strategic Advisor Vitaliy Milentyev, Captain of the Edmonton Fire Department (Alberta, Canada), Chemical and Radiological Protection Specialist Dwayne Braint, and FFAU Executive Director in Ukraine Oleksandr Shkvara.
